Walther Strong Render Mesh is a Grade 5, alkali resistant fibreglass mesh designed for superior reinforcement in ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems). Engineered for durability and mechanical strength, it provides crack resistance, stability, and long lasting performance in cementitious and cement based render applications.

Tested to EAD 040016-01-0404 and compliant with European Technical Approval Guidelines (ETAGs), ALKAMAXX Render Mesh meets all industry standards for reinforcement in ETICS systems. With over 10 years of proven field use, it has been successfully applied across a wide range of systems by professionals without recorded failures.

We have been guided by the EAD (European Assessment Document) to determine all the key aspects that must be considered during the assessment procedure regarding the applicability of a fibreglass mesh product in standard cementitious environments. Our verified fibreglass products meet all the requirements listed in the relevant EADs. However, since this EAD does not contain a specific verification method for the application of fibreglass meshes with branded products, we cannot anticipate all possible combinations with other systems.
