WHAT IS WALTHER STRONG SELF EXPANDING FOAM TAPE?

Self-expanding foam tape is a soft and flexible expanding foam used predominately as a weather seal to prevent water ingress and retain heat in external and internal applications. Along with its excellent acoustic properties, under high compression, it will create a weatherproof seal. In low compression applications, it makes for a draught-proof, aesthetically pleasing join between smooth or irregular surfaces such as brickwork, concrete, wood and plastics.

This product starts compact and then over the course of 2-3 hours the foam will gradually begin to expand into the applied areas. The product will slowly move into the cracks and wedges ensuring an airtight barrier.
